Simply follow the steps below.

1.     Browse our current vacancies
2.     Think of any friends you know who would be relevant
3.     Click refer a friend on the vacancy and fill in the details of your referral. 
4.     If your applicant is successful you will receive between £100 and £700 depending on the placement fee
If you cannot think of anybody straight away then use the following steps 
1.     Take the time to fully understand the requirements of the vacancy
2.     Browse your phone book to think of people who you may not have thought of
3.     Browse your Facebook page to consider people you may not have thought of
4.     Browse your Linked in profile to help you find relevant referrals.

How the money works!

How the money works is simple...
1.     You refer the relevant candidate to Penguin via the app
2.     Our consultants submit the employee to the client in question
3.     Your referral gets interviewed and hopefully offered the position
4.     You get payed 10% of the placement fee on the day your referral starts work
5.     Fees range anything from £1000 to £7000 and sometimes even more
The earning potential is massive you could spend 10 minutes assessing potential candidates every night and over the month refer 3 successful applicants. This could easily result in between £1000 and £2000 earnings!!
 
It is also now possible to refer a job!
If you know of anybody looking for staff and you can convince them to use Penguin Consultants you can now earn a huge 15% of a placement fee. This could range between £200 and £1500.

Using Social Media to source referrals

Using Linked In for referrals

Linked In is a great way to find relevant candidates for a job. Once you have built a profile on Linked In you can connect with connections in your network. If Linked in is used properly then the world really is your oyster in terms of finding great candidates for our jobs.
Six degrees of separation is the theory that everyone and everything is six or fewer steps away, by way of introduction, from any other person in the world, so that a chain of “a friend of a friend” statements can be made to connect any two people in a maximum of six steps. It was originally set out by Frigyes Karinthy and popularized by a play written by John Guare.
Using your profile you can search for types of candidates on Linked in by using job title. EG you can type in “Sales Consultant” to generate a list of your connections who are “Sales Consultants”
When you find the right person you can write to them describing the relevant job. If they are interested then forward their details to us via a quick referral and we will take care of the rest for you.

Harnessing Facebook

Facebook is another great way of helping you consider your network of acquaintances for relevant candidates. 
All you need to do is simply look through your friends for people you know who have the relevant skills.
You could even go a step further and upload a description of certain jobs to your news feed asking candidates to Facebook message you if they are interested in a certain role.
